50 years marriage anniversary at Pondamos Beach (Chalki island)

We were happy to welcome at Pondamos Beach on the 14th of June our friends from England - Howard and Lynda for their 50 years marriage anniversary.

Howard and Lynda are married for 50 years and for 30 years they have been coming to Halki.

We decorated tables with flowers of bougainvillea and olive leaves. And also made 2 decors of drift wood, on which we wrote the name of the couple - Howard and Lynda. They were so happy with the decor, that decided to take these 2 wooden pieces to England!

Our chefs cooked a lot of dishes for the guests - the taverna at that Friday evening was completely full.

We prepared for Howard and Lynda their favourite song - A Whiter Shade Of Pale - Procol Harum. Howard and Lynda danced a very touching dance with an accompaniment of this song.

Guests followed the beautiful couple in their dance. And during the next song they started to dance too.

We wish to Howard and Lynda many more happy years together!
